Kisarazu, Chiba, Japan｜Ikiikitei

This place is right on the water at Kisaritsu Port. We had grilled shellfish and shrimp called "hama-yaki" and a local dish called "asari gohan," a rice bowl full of locally caught, thick, juicy clams.

Just had dinner in this restaurant on a Sunday night. The last order was at 6.30pm and my family and I arrived at 6.15pm.. we had a good chirashi with a plethora of fresh seafood. Then we had a good BBQ. The server was really nice and helpful! He helped us cook and he always made sure that we were comfortable. Although we are english speaking, the staff were still kind and patient with us. Especially the male server allocated to us!

Fresh fish! Grill it yourself! With beer!!
