Chashu men is addictive... After eating it every time, I feel so satisfied and immoral (lol)

The soup was flavored with soy sauce, the tender pork belly was seasoned with salt, and the noodles were soft and chewy 💦 Totally delicious Takeoka-style ramen. The rice on the side menu was really delicious! Was it because I had salty char siu as a side dish? The sweetness of the rice was so strong that I couldn't stop eating it. Rice is highly recommended!

I've been to German Village many times, but I've always ignored this shop. I visited after seeing a special feature on TV, and I was very satisfied. Takeoka-style ramen with a rich soup, plenty of onions, and a strong presence of pork. Although the portions are large, you won't get bored even while eating. A must-see on your way back from German Village.
