This is a ramen shop in Kimitsu. I ordered a ramen set meal (a set of ramen, half rice, and a side dish). The ramen was Takeoka-style with onions, but the saltiness of the soy sauce soup was mellow and just right, and it was very delicious. The other ingredients included chopped seaweed, wakame seaweed, and 4 small pieces of melted pork roast pork. The char siu went perfectly with the rice. I'm curious about the side dish, but on this day? It was 2 pieces of fried horse mackerel. Although the horse mackerel was small, it was meaty and freshly fried, so I huffed and puffed as I ate it. I was told that I couldn't replace the ramen in the ramen set meal with other ramen, but in the end I was right with ramen! The menu was very satisfying. The shop was run by two older ladies, and when they left, they asked us to be careful when leaving. It was a nice, heart-warming shop.

This ramen shop is loved by locals. I got the wonton chashu noodles. It's Takeoka-style, but it's not too salty, so you can eat it without getting tired of it. The wontons were large and had a great response, and the char siu was melty and flavorful, and it went well with the soup. Next time, I would like to have the special Tomo-chan ramen and dumplings.

The warm and lovely mother and the chashu noodles are the best. At the beginning of the meal, the soup is light and gentle, and as the fat and umami of the char siu pork belly begins to melt, the soup gradually becomes richer. For my homemade noodles, I have them adjust the degree of boiling. I can't say it's Takeoka-style, but it definitely has an original feel. I always bring char siu back to Tokyo and enjoy it with beer at home. It's best eaten by grilling it on a burner.
