What I received was warm soba noodles with egg and maitake mushroom tempura. I was debating whether to use a bamboo steamer or not, but since it was cold, I decided to have warm soba noodles instead. The maitake tempura arrives first, and the salt comes with it, so when you dip it in the salt, it has a crunchy texture, and as you chew it in your mouth, you can smell the aroma of the maitake mushrooms. I thought it was a bit pricey as it was just under 800 yen per item, but the portion was quite large and when combined with the soba, it was a bit too much for one person to order. The soup is a slightly sweet soup with various soup stock, and I can't explain it well, but it feels like a refined version of the soup from a private soba restaurant in the downtown area, which is said to be delicious. The soba noodles were soba noodles that had a fragrant aroma when you put them in your mouth. I decided to use egg binding, and I think this was the right choice. The fluffy egg filling soaked up the warm soup, and when I put it in my mouth, the deliciousness of the egg and the taste of the soup stock mixed together, and it was so delicious that I drank it all the way to the end. The disadvantage is that it is far from the station. It's very delicious, thank you for the meal!

Sharp and thin soba noodles that are easy to swallow♪ The fragrant soup has the thickness and taste you like! Enjoy the lightly battered and crispy tempura with salt. It seems like the cold soba sake bottles and soba choko are always well chilled, so you can enjoy the delicious soba even more deliciously and coldly. And the green onions used as a condiment at a delicious soba restaurant are definitely crunchy! That's it! (^○^) I eat soba at various handmade soba restaurants, but this soba is my favorite!
