Minamiboso, Chiba, Japan｜Soba noodle shop

When I was touring, I came across this restaurant when I was looking for something delicious to eat. I arrived earlier than the store opened, but the store staff told me to come in and wait. I ordered kakiage soba and a mini tempura bowl, but the buckwheat was the best. Hokkaido buckwheat is my favorite because it has a firm texture. I enjoyed a pleasant touring with polite customer service and delicious food.

The service is quick and pleasant, and the soba is delicious. The buckwheat flour is from Hokkaido, so it's not very typical of Boso, but it's good.

The owner's commitment is amazing, and it's a shop that is loved by people nearby. It was very delicious.
