I had the clam ramen. As expected, the clam meat was plump, soft, and juicy. I thought the soup was salty at first bite, but it had a strong crustacean aroma, and the scorched soy sauce worked well, gradually giving way to a deeper flavor that kept me enjoying it till the end. Personally, it was more delicious than I expected.

I ate Boshu ramen and gyoza. The Boshu ramen had a nice clam broth, and I drank a lot of the soup. The price is a little high, but I hope you'll try it when you're in the area. Personally, the gyoza was average.

A clear and light soup with clams that have a strong presence. However, the deep and nutritious flavor of the shellfish soup is a blissful cup that gently permeates your body. This is the best ramen that will definitely satisfy you!
