In a calm space, you can enjoy authentic Chinese food with very pleasant service, as you would expect from a first-class hotel. The jet black sweet and sour pork and fried rice with ankake sauce were especially delicious. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant at Maihama Hotel.

Used for Mother's Day dinner in May 2019. I made a reservation at 5pm and it opened at 5pm, so I was the first one in. For the food, I received a limited plan through oz mall. The contents are assorted appetizers, 3 kinds of large shrimp, Iberian pork accented with balsamic vinegar and curry powder, black sweet and sour pork with Yamato sweet potato, hot gomoku ankake okoge that makes a sizzling sound, and almond tofu for dessert. I was hungry, so I ate a little fast as a course meal, but I was able to spend a relaxing time including pu-erh tea after the meal. Next time, I would like to consider using a private room for a larger group.

The food is delicious and the hospitality is amazing. Even though it is seasoned well, the taste of the ingredients is perfectly brought out. The garnished vegetables are very delicious as well as the main dish.
