2021/6 Ishikari restaurant It's been a long time since I've given 5 stars to this restaurant because I usually eat and drink solo like Kodoku no Gourmet and Wakako Sake. I have been able to attend several times now, but I was a little nervous when I first saw it and came solo. Still, there were cancellations on that day, so the shop was more vacant than usual. When I was talking with the general, I was able to spend a pleasant time talking about various things such as being from the same hometown. The general's personality is good, but the food is also very delicious. My favorites are horse sashimi assortment, meat and potato croquette, hamburger steak, and assorted sashimi. Wagyu dice steak is also good if you are coming with 3 or more people. The amount is 300-350g and the quality is equivalent to A4. As expected, there were many times when I ate alone (´・ω・) Weekdays have a decent amount of customers, and weekends are pretty crowded. If you come in a group, it might be better to call to check if there are vacant seats. Food, customer service, cleanliness, everything is a high standard shop. I will continue to visit (*´ω`*)
