Katsuura, Chiba, Japan｜Ramen Matsunoya

I went there around 14:00 on a weekday during summer vacation. When I wrote my name and waited for a while in the car, a sold out letter was pasted. After writing my name, I waited for about 20 minutes and was guided to a seat. I ordered tantanmen and my friend ordered salt ramen. The tantanmen was very spicy, but there was a lot of umami in the spiciness, and there were many ingredients at the bottom, so it was a bowl that I could eat until the end without getting tired of it. It was a shop that warmed my heart as the store clerk was polite to explain how to eat and self-service of water.

I always take care of you when I go to Katsuura. I'm choking as I eat the Dandan noodles, but they're delicious! Other menu items are also consistently recommended.

It was a friendly restaurant that felt like I had come back to my hometown in a very good way, and it was delicious and amazing! When I ordered rice, I was told that half of the rice would be free, so I was happy because I only had to pay the difference in rice. Moreover, it seems like it's good to share with your companion, so do you have a separate plate? It was a godsend to hear that. It was a store that I would like to go to again. Thank you very much.
