This is a popular Katsuura Tantanmen restaurant located in Katsuura City. I, who live in Shizuoka, visited Chiba to try Katsuura Tantanmen. The unique chili oil was amazing and it was the first type of ramen I had ever eaten. For Harada-san's Katsuura Tantanmen, you can choose between regular spiciness and super spicy. Since I am a spicy person, I ordered it at maximum spiciness. The spiciness of the chili oil is pleasant, and I recommend this if you have a spicy tooth. As for the taste, the unique chili oil and onions harmonize and are delicious. However, if you make it with char siu noodles, it will be satisfying, but if you make it with normal Katsuura Tantanmen, it will have a bland taste with only a small amount of ground meat. One mistake I made was overlooking the addition of bean sprouts. I think the bean sprouts become even more delicious when soaked in the spicy soup. I thought the char siu bean sprouts were the best. This time I was able to visit the store when it was empty, but by the time I left, there was a long line, which made me realize that it was a popular store.

I'm not good at spicy food, but I'm addicted to the taste and go to eat it regularly. Because it is a popular Katsuura tantanmen shop, I had the impression that many people came from outside the prefecture. There is a memo paper at the reception desk, so write down the menu you want to eat for the number of people and hand it to the clerk to order. Payment will be made at the cash register after the meal. The popular tan tan noodles have a savory flavor in their spiciness, and the onions are sweet, making them very delicious. Recently, I often eat tantan tsukemen, where the amount of noodles can be adjusted by the number of balls. I was full with 3.5 balls. The amount of soup will also increase. Also, if you ask the staff for the leftover soup of the tsukemen, they will add the split soup, so it is recommended that you can enjoy it twice.
