More Comments at Google MapThe inside of the store is a place where you can relax as much as you can not imagine from the outside. It has a nice retro atmosphere with nice tunes. The soba noodles are of course delicious, and the tempura is crispy. Udo was delicious in season! The soba yokan seemed to be almost made of buckwheat flour, and it was delicious with a modest sweetness.
The chewy and flavorful soba noodles were delicious. At first, you can feel the flavor of soba with a sip or two of water from Okuaizu. Next, add a rich soup stock for the best taste. Deep-fried rockfish is thoroughly prepared with the innards removed, so you can enjoy the crispy bones. The tempura platter was gorgeous, and the large, thick shiitake mushrooms were very juicy and left an impression on me. It was very good. I was surprised that you can eat herring pickled in Japanese pepper in Mobara. Calm jazz music flows from the tannoy inside the store.
I've been interested in this shop along Mobara Kaido for a while. The soba noodles are made by hand, using 100% of the owner's own Hibara soba flour, without the use of machines, and are truly delicious, fragrant, and exquisite. The deep-fried natural char is also delicious, so I recommend it 😊
