Chonan, Chiba, Japan｜Ramen Hachihei

I visited on Friday, September 15th. I was very interested in this ramen restaurant as it is one of the three major ramen restaurants in Chiba, so I'm glad I had the opportunity to go there. I had heard that it was in a difficult to find location, but I was able to find it right away because there was a sign saying it was open. Business hours are from 11:00 to 16:00. I arrived at 3:30pm on a weekday, so I was able to get in without lining up. The fee will be paid in advance as a lump sum. I went with three people, but the staff told me that one person should pay all at once. I ordered Ariran Chashu. When I took a sip of the soup, it was very good with a nice balance of spicy and onion sweetness. The noodles were medium thick and blended well with the soup. The char siu was also soft and good. I was coming back from playing golf, so I was very satisfied with this drink as it replenished my tired body with stamina. When I looked at the small window, I saw a cluster spider lily blooming. I was able to spend my time feeling the arrival of autumn.

Orders are taken before entering the store, so it's good to decide what to eat in advance. I wonder if it's good to choose miso that can be eaten if you have it.

One of the three major ramen restaurants in Chiba Prefecture. I've been curious about it for a long time and stopped by on my way home from work. The spicy soup with a punch of garlic had plenty of sweet onions in it and was very delicious! Surrounded by nature! Eating ramen at a restaurant in a quaint old country house is something special!
