More Comments at Google MapI visited Tonkatsumine, located along Keyaki Street, Tokiwadaira, Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture, about a 15-minute walk from the south exit of Shinkeisei Electric Railway/Tokiwadaira Station. Today's lunch was ``loin cutlet'' for 800 yen. I arrived at the store after 11:30, and there were two customers ahead of me, and it was a small store with only seats at the L-shaped counter. "Loin cutlet" has a crispy fried batter and soft, juicy meat, served with steaming rice, miso soup with lots of tofu and green onions, moist potato salad, shredded cabbage, pickles, and egg. You can see the owner's time-honored craftsmanship in the grilled pieces. We had a delicious lunch menu with excellent cost performance. It seems that it has been in business for nearly 50 years, so both the store and the interior are old, but I think it is a space with a good Showa atmosphere. It was a feast.
I went there because it was within biking distance. The atmosphere inside the store is nice. This is what the old dining room looked like. I ate fillet cutlet set meal for lunch, but the meat was soft, crispy and delicious.
I visited a restaurant I had been interested in for lunch for lunch! Fillet cutlet set meal 800 yen. too cheap. It was a filling meal with two small bowls, soup, and a large serving of rice. The most important fillet cutlet is also very soft and juicy🤤 My personal favorite was the miso soup. The soup is made properly with a gentle taste. I thought so. The owner is a kind old man, One woman spoke to me even though it would be difficult to talk to her. I was a little nervous because of the appearance. I’m glad I had the courage to go! I'll visit you again!
