I was very impressed with the wagyu beef and tempura lunch I had last time. This time we had the seasonal kaiseki course! Starting with an aperitif The appetizers were also very nice and I enjoyed them. Bowls, tempura, sashimi, grilled food, etc., all served at just the right time. Rice, fruit, kudzu cutlets for dessert, 9 dishes in total. Even though I was full, I still ate everything. I ended up eating too much♪ The kaiseki menu changes monthly, so you can choose what's in season depending on the season. It's delicious and I think I'll enjoy it whenever I come. This time, the matsutake mushrooms and sweetfish were cooked very carefully. I was very satisfied! It was a weekday lunch, but the place was full. It's easy to see why it's delicious and popular. There are still many courses and dishes that I would like to try, so I would like to visit again. Since it was my first time here, I asked for the wagyu beef and tempura course, which we shared. Tempura (seasoned, crispy and delicious!) ・Rice cooked in a clay pot (It was very delicious and I had more than usual.) ・Dessert: Choose 2 of each of vanilla, matcha, yuzu, or pear (of course, vanilla or matcha, or yuzu or pear with yuzu peel) It was very refreshing and delicious till the end. ) What I couldn't finish was given as a souvenir. The earthenware pot rice is lightly seasoned with Ago soup stock and prepared to last. I was very satisfied from beginning to end. A hideaway shop located in a private house. It was very delicious and the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. The shop had a comfortable atmosphere. Next time, I'd like to make a reservation for the kaiseki meal and try other dishes as well. I hope to visit you again soon.

I used it at a year-end party, a Kyoto Kaiseki restaurant that has been around for nearly 30 years. I asked for a course of ¥ 8500 to use the horigotatsu seat in the private room on the 2nd floor, but every dish was very delicious, and it is worth more than the price as a Kyoto kaiseki. The rice cooked with shrimp and scallops cooked in an earthenware pot was wrapped in a souvenir for 4 people, and the rest was wrapped in a souvenir. The Japanese sweets that came out at the end were the chef's creative Japanese sweets, and the millet rice cake and matcha green tea wrapped in yuzu peel that looked like glass was delicious. It seems that the set dishes that were only offered in the daytime are now available at night, so I would like to visit again.
