A famous miso ramen restaurant. It's a store with long lines. I had the signature miso ramen. The salty taste is strong. You can feel the tingle of chili pepper, pepper, and spices of garlic. Along with the melty, mellow taste of the pork bones, the ground pork provides a deep, rich flavor. It's a very delicious soup. The noodles are medium thin wavy noodles with a slight yolk. Boiled firm. It still feels a little raw. Maybe it's a blur. The char siu has grilled marks on the surface, which visually stimulates your appetite. However, the soup was so strong that I couldn't feel the aroma. When I was halfway through eating, I tried the seasonings on the table. Pepper enhances the flavor of the ground meat in the soup. Chili peppers give a spicy accent to delicious miso. It was a cup of soup that left a lingering aftertaste long after the meal.　2023.9

I think it's a very good service for men with a large serving of noodles for free (*´`) It was the most delicious miso ramen I ate recently! The bean sprouts were crunchy, the char siu was filling, and the noodles were medium-thick, curly, and piping hot.It was my favorite ramen.🍜✨️ The female clerk was also kind ☺︎ Personally, I wasn't satisfied with the contents of the gyoza, so I would have been happy if there was a little more inside. It was good because the parking lot can park about 20 cars🚗 I will go to eat again if it is nearby 😊💗
