I often drive by and was drawn to the [Sauce Katsudon] banner on the side of the road, so I went in. Of course I ordered sauce katsudon I ordered it as a single item, but when it was delivered, there was a small warm udon on top of the tray! It’s a godsend🥰🥰🥰 Is it a substitute for miso soup? I thought I had ordered a set meal (lol) As you can see in the picture, it is very beautiful and carefully made. The taste is also quite delicious. The ginger served on the side is really delicious! ! The perfect golden ratio: not too sour, not too spicy, not too sweet! Thank you for the meal😙 Later, I ate a limited quantity oyakodon. I have lived in Fukui Prefecture for about 10 years, so I visited here thinking about the Echizen Soba and Sauce Katsudon. I wonder if it's an expensive store considering its appearance? That's what I thought, but it was surprisingly reasonable. The interior atmosphere of the shop and the customer service are warm and very good. The soba noodles were also delicious.
