My first visit to [Hiiragi Shokudo] in Takashin-cho, Wakaba-ku, Chiba City😊 Since I visited without any preparation, I ended up topping the "Shina Soba Kotori (soy sauce)" with "flavored eggs and homemade cloud noodles." Kami-san didn't seem to be very hungry, so she only had ``mazesoba'' (a small amount). We decided to share the ``Shrimp Water Gyoza''. Boiled dumplings came first, and then ramen and mazesoba were served at the same time, so I had the soup first, and it was irresistibly delicious with its richness and flavor.The soup was not as boring as it looked, and it went perfectly with the crispy thin noodles. It was a bowl I wanted to eat forever 😆 Kami-san's Mazesoba didn't have any toppings, so it had a dull color, but if you mix it properly and eat it, it's also quite delicious! ︎I went ahead with the follow-up meal, but it seemed like I was full, and my stomach also felt good, but I don't want to leave anything behind, so I'm glad I ate the entire meal, leaving only the back fat behind, but I'm scared of tomorrow's weighing 😱 Visited on September 28, 2023. When I visited [Hiiragi Shokudo] in Takashincho a week ago, I was intrigued by the ``Gravy Noodle ~Curry Mix~''. Coincidentally, I saw a blog posted by a ramen blogger who I always refer to, and I couldn't resist my desire to eat it, so I visited again today. Kami ordered ``China Soba Plain (Soy Sauce)'' with ``Ajitama'' topping. It's a ramen that I've never had before, with a scent that stimulates hunger, and the spiciness of the sauce and the sweetness of the ketchup mix perfectly with the curry.It's a bowl of ramen that shocked me🫨Pork belly and green onion with thick noodles. I ate it with the soup, and I couldn't stop using my chopsticks 😋When the noodles were about to run out, I asked for more and added them to the bowl with the soup left 😆I didn't even need to explain, and my face was grinning until I finished eating. It was so delicious! ︎The ramen is so perfect that it would be a shame if it was limited to the owner's whim! ︎I really hope it becomes regular🥺

I think the atmosphere inside the restaurant is a very calming ramen shop, with the lights not in fluorescent colors but in warm colors.The ramen soup? It was both rich and light. Spring rolls were part of the seasonal menu. The skin of these spring rolls was crispy and the inside was piping hot. It was very delicious. The ramen arrived quickly after I ordered it, so I was able to eat it right away, so this is a good place. I thought, ``While you're waiting, you can see the kitchen where the ramen is made,'' so you don't have to waste time, so I think it's a good idea, and the price is reasonable, so why not give it a try?

I ordered it on UberEATS! The service was good and they even left me a message. I felt so relieved when it arrived 😎 Both the fried rice and mazesoba were extremely delicious!
