I made a reservation for my friend's birthday celebration, but I suddenly canceled due to poor physical condition, so I invited my sister to lunch. It's a complete reservation system now. Looking at the menu, I was worried that everything looked delicious, but today I ordered the daily lunch. It was a very meaningful time to be able to have a meal while listening to the very friendly master. Every dish was very elaborate and delicious from the ingredients. The flowers blooming in front of the store are arranged in the dishes, and the appearance and stomach are very satisfied. Ordered a dessert platter after dinner. 3 kinds of cake, crepe and tiramisu. All were very delicious. The watermelon shortcake recommended by the master was a sponge cake that made me want to eat it again. There are still many menus, so I would like to go to eat again. Blue mountain coffee was also very good.

I think the basil pasta is the most delicious in Chiba. As far as I know, this is the only place I've had watermelon shortcake in Japan. Watermelon shortcake, if you're lucky, you'll come across it. It's surprisingly delicious.
