More Comments at Google MapThe second shop of Nishi-Chiba's "Ikiya". The shop is located along the street and is easy to access. There are several parking lots in front of the store and a lot of parking lots on the right side. It's small and clean, and it doesn't look like a ramen shop in a good way. Isn't the staff really polite to customers? Ramen seems to be Chinese soba with tsukemen and sour taste. This time I got a rich Chinese soba. Certainly, backfat and thick oil produce a rich feeling. Huh... The flavor of dried sardines is much richer than I expected, and it goes well with this oil content. The chewy, thick noodles are delicious with the flavor of the soup. There are plenty of ingredients such as rock seaweed, bamboo shoots, and naruto. Originally, the shop in Nishi Chiba was also delicious, but it was more than I expected. There is no doubt that this taste and customer service.
Famous store Mio Tsukushi opens in Yachimata! I went right away! Although the interior of the store is small, it has a clean and beautiful interior. The female clerk's customer service is also kind, so even a single woman can feel at ease. I ordered thin Chinese soba with wonton topping and tsukemen. First of all, the Chinese noodles are thin. Beautiful, clear, light soy sauce soup. Elegant and just the right aroma of grilled meat. It's an exquisite soup with a fluffy sweetness afterwards. Choose thin noodles. The noodles have a firm texture and go down smoothly. The wontons are large and satisfying with a strong meaty flavor. It goes well with the refreshing soup, and the noodles and wontons are irresistible! It's really delicious! Next is Tsukemen. I chose thick noodles here. Shiny noodles topped with plenty of seaweed. A soup with lots of finely chopped ingredients. A rich but not overwhelming soup with just the right amount of sweetness, dried sardines, and knotty flavor, and a chewy, slightly curly noodles with a strong wheat flavor. Impressed by the plump and chewy texture I'm not even half satisfied lol As expected from Mio Tsukushi! I am overwhelmed with emotion.
Whatever you eat here is delicious. "Iki-ya" is a ramen shop created by the founder. I don't think you can find ramen that uses homemade yakiboshi. Tsukemen is also fascinating. The location is where ``Nashi no Hana'' used to be. It's a shop where you can feel the Chiba ramen movement of the 2000s and 10s. I want to go again!
