The shrimp's head is fried separately from the body. It's very nice. I felt that the volume of large "Zaru soba" is as same as general regular volume. Price of "Ten zaru" was ¥1,700.. The price seems be almost exclusive.

After visiting Japan, I went to a lot of soba restaurants that were said to be delicious, but they were average. But the soba here suited me very well. The duck meat was rich and delicious without any smell! The price was affordable and 200% would visit again.

I was taken by an acquaintance. It had the flavor, taste, and stiffness of soba noodles, and it was great to go down the throat. The duck meat was also smoked, and the flavor was delicious.
