I think it's a matter of personal preference, but as far as I know, this Katsuya restaurant serves the most delicious katsudon. Please try it once, the taste is clearly different. The presentation was overwhelmingly beautiful compared to other restaurants. The rice was served perfectly, and I felt that the thickness of the cutlet was also different. I'm sure this is the normal amount. I thought other stores were cutting back. In addition to the katsudon, I also ordered regular fried food. Autumn seafood loin cutlet set meal (?), all the batter was crispy and I can't complain. However, the price has gone up a bit... A year ago, the same ``Autumn Fried Seafood Set Meal'' was available for a limited time, but the price had increased by 200 yen. The way the pork cutlet was cut was different between the loin cutlet set meal and the katsudon. I don't know if it's because the store is particular about it or if it's an order from the head office, but I think it's good that they're changing this approach. I used this restaurant several times a few years ago, and I think it's great because the katsudon is still delicious no matter how many years have passed. I can't help but wonder why only this restaurant is so delicious.
