More Comments at Google MapMiso ramen, half fried rice, gyoza It feels like a typical town Chinese Old but great with atmosphere It may take time if it's crowded or if several people have different menus because it's done by grandpa and grandma.
A beloved shop that serves my favorite brand of sake...and a big fan of the owner's wonderful smile. The Shoryu-san menu that I've recently become addicted to is the katsudon and wonton (without noodles, of course)❗
I visited for lunch and received a set of ramen and half fried rice. Exactly this taste. A gentle soy sauce soup and curly noodles that cannot be made with just a pre-made soup that fits into a fixed pattern. And the ridiculously delicious fried rice. Although it was quite crowded, the speed of service was excellent. I could feel his decades of experience and skill as a craftsman. And the handmade feel is the best. I think that most ramen restaurants these days always have a fixed amount of seasonings and serve a fixed taste, but there are some ramen restaurants that are very standard and don't exceed expectations, whether it's bland or strong. It's a Chinese restaurant. For me, who was born in the Showa era, local Chinese food like Shoryu-san is full of nostalgia and warmth, and has a deliciousness that goes beyond the taste. Now that I'm an adult, I can eat as much ramen gyoza fried rice as I want whenever I want, but when I was a kid, that taste was something I could only enjoy on special occasions. I felt a warm feeling in my heart as I sipped the clear ramen soup, looking past the owner who was working hard on the hot pot and the proprietress who was smiling and treating me kindly. We understand that the owner and proprietress who run the shop are elderly, but we sincerely hope that they will take good care of themselves and continue to operate the shop for many years to come. Thank you very much for the really delicious ramen and fried rice. It was a feast.
