Inzai, Chiba, Japan｜台湾料理 師記

Authentic mainland Chinese food (not Taiwan so don't be fooled by the name of the restaurant). They use good oil so you don't come out feeling groggy. All the dishes we tried have been exceptional and recommended for anyone craving real Chinese food (not the Japanese imitation). There is very little space for parking, so it might be worth parking at the Joyful Honda across the street and walking over. It's also very crowded all the time, so be prepared to wait.

I love it. Since I found this restaurant, I have been here three times in a month. All of them are delicious, but I want you to eat Sichuan-style mapo once. There is also a children's menu. For 500 yen, the char siu on the ramen is perfectly grilled! amazing. It will be crowded soon after opening, and there are about 10 parking lots. There is also a parfait for dessert, but the quality is unbelievable for 500 yen. I love it so much that I want to conquer all the menus. There is no wrong menu so far and everything is delicious.
