I knew of its existence for a long time, but I was able to visit it on the recommendation of a friend. I ordered grilled xiaolongbao, dumplings, spring rolls, shrimp chili, steamed shrimp dumplings, black vinegar sweet and sour pork, mapo tofu, Shanghai yakisoba, and scorched rice. The side dish of the service salad bar was also very tasty. The store clerk was also very friendly and kind, and although it was a seat where the sun was shining strongly, he took care of me many times. After training in Beijing and Shanghai, the head chef here has been demonstrating his skills in Nagoya and Tokyo for the past 20 years. Currently, they are serving vegetables grown in their own fields at the free salad bar. The vegetables that can be harvested vary depending on the season, so that's part of the fun. As for the food, I was able to enjoy it very deliciously. I was able to enjoy a meal that was a step above the cheap, voluminous restaurants that are common these days. Some people may think the price is a little high, but after eating it I was satisfied and thought it was actually a good value for money. Also, the staff was attentive.
