I visited for lunch at the end of October. It's a calm log house-style restaurant with a fireplace. I felt it was very comfortable. The staff are very courteous. A homely shop where children are welcome, with a sweets zone. It was my first time having fried chicken in Oita, and it was delicious. I wanted to repeat it.

Stopped by while pottering around on my road bike. There is a small cycle rack I ordered a chicken bowl. Is it a little expensive? I thought so, but if you come to the store by bicycle, you get 15% off. Even if you add miso soup for an additional 100 yen, the price will be less than 1000 yen. The fried chicken is dipped in a richly seasoned sauce that complements the rice. It's not crispy. Fried egg in miso soup? It also has a seasoning that makes you want to eat rice. This is exactly the kind of restaurant you would want to eat after riding your bike. There is a coffee server for free, and ice is placed next to it so you can make iced coffee. The regular water is also cold and delicious, as it seems to be sourced from spring water. The inside of the store is a bit of a mess, but I don't get bored while waiting, so I think it's a good thing. After paying at the cash register first, I grabbed a call bell, which is common in food courts, and took a seat. There are some reviews that complain about self-service, but if you don't like self-service, you shouldn't come to these kinds of stores 🤣 Go to a high-end store in the city. We arrived at the parking lot for about 10 cars after 1:00 p.m. There were almost no customers when we arrived, but after that, a number of customers started coming in. It seems like everyone is a repeat customer (you get a 10% off card the first time), so I think it's a popular shop with locals as well.

A fried food shop from Oita on the mountain road of Mobara Highway! As a souvenir, I bought 14 fried chicken breast meat and half thigh meat. It was on sale with 23% off. They fry it after you order it, so it's freshly made and delicious. I have a lunch box, so I'm going to buy it with a lunch box next time. I'm glad that there is also a hot coffee service while waiting from ordering 😊 The atmosphere in the store was good, and the store staff was nice. There is a place like a wooden deck in the relaxing store, and it was a good feeling to be one with nature. I was watching while drinking hot coffee. We will drop by again when we pass through here!
