This time, I left the ramen to Kami-san, ordered the tonporou bowl, and shared the gyoza as usual. This dish is more filling than it looks, with cabbage spread over rice and plenty of slowly stewed melty pork belly on top! However, thanks to the surprisingly light filling and just the right amount of seasoning, it was a delicious and complete meal! ︎On the other hand, the tamari soy sauce ramen with fried green onions and garlic was so delicious that Kami-san almost drank it all, which is rare, so she plans to have it herself next time! ︎Even though it's located off the main street, it was a popular local restaurant that kept getting calls for delivery!! ︎

I had the chashu men set meal. The chashu is soft and very delicious. Iekei and Jiro ramen are good, but the ramen from Machi Chuka is now precious. Good luck, shopkeeper. I will eat there again.
