Dinner with family. The course costs 10,000 yen. It was delicious. The restaurant and staff were nice and I had a good time eating. Cheers is a seasonal cocktail. The peach was very good. For sake, I had Ayu Masamune, a local sake from Myoko in Niigata. I had sautéed calf kidney as my main dish, so I think it went better with the wine.

I was surprised by the gibier course. Apparently the chef also goes hunting, so when does he sleep to prepare such a time-consuming dish? The selected wines also go perfectly with the dishes. It was very delicious.
