The bird is Nichinan-dori and super delicious, but it's cheap! It is run by a friendly couple. It's a bit of a walk from Kita-Kogane Station, but it's worth a visit! P.S. My recent favorites are liver, kashira, skirt steak, and heart-shaped skewers. I ordered it with less salt. Please try it freshly baked♪
