More Comments at Google MapIt's been almost 20 years since I moved near the Fugu family. I've never been there before because I often receive freshly caught fugu from a genius angler I know, but I decided to stop by for the first time when I found out on Google that they also serve eel. As soon as you enter the entrance, there is a fish tank, surrounded by a small raised area with seating for four people. The view from the window was also an elegant seat. It was hitsumabushi (3,300 yen excluding tax), but when it was served, they informed me that it was ``○○ eel from Mikawa.'' It was very delicious. It is a good store with a good balance of product strength, store strength, and service strength. If the store's name wasn't "Fugu-ya," it would probably double its sales if it promoted itself as an eel and fugu restaurant.
I ordered the blowfish and eel set. It's a luxury, but sometimes it's a reward. (Laughs) It was delicious while drinking sake. Steamed egg custard contains blowfish milt. Also, good luck with your work.
I eat eel here every year. Since it is a "new eel" that has been farmed for less than a year, the meat and skin are soft and fatty, making it truly delicious. The wasabi that comes with the shirayaki is very flavorful and delicious, and the liver in the soup that comes with the eel is also very valuable. Also, the rock oysters and red bean liver are creamy and delicious, and above all, they are cost-effective and satisfying.
