Inzai, Chiba, Japan｜Ogi Sushi

Probably the best sushi you can get around here. The cuts are big, and the ingredients are fresh. It's always packed so be sure to go early!

Have been going there since a friend of mine recommended more than 10 years ago. Hard to beat the quality and price they offer.

I finally went to a store that I had always wanted to go to since I moved to Inzai. The one I ate was the ``matsu'' on the leaflet. This is the highest class lunch at this restaurant, priced at 5,000 yen, and it was just as luxurious as the photo. Every bite of salmon roe, sea urchin, fatty tuna, and more spreads happiness throughout the country. I was particularly moved by the epi. The volume of the epi itself was large and the taste was excellent. There is sushi rice on the bottom of the two-tiered rice bowl, but the rice is quite delicious and the portion is quite large, so I'm sure even an adult man will be satisfied. I'm on a restricted diet, so I had it halved, but I was still full.
