This time-limited mapo noodles are quite a masterpiece♪ The spiciness of the Japanese pepper makes you addicted to it. If you add vinegar to the taste, you'll be captivated by the gentle harmony that creates new discoveries. To finish off my meal, I poured mapo over the half rice served during the lunch service, and before I knew it, the soup was gone and I had a complete meal. It's a happy moment.

I visited Eihou Hanten, located in Minoridai, Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture, about a 15-minute walk from the south exit of Minoridai Station on the Shin-Keisei Electric Railway. The staff members are very cheerful and eager to accommodate the large number of people who arrive during lunch time. Inside the store, you can hear the soothing sound of woks being wielded. You can use the parking lot of the nearby main store (Honkaku Chuka Eiho). It was a feast.

Every menu is delicious! The store looks like a small town Chinese restaurant, but the taste is as elegant as a high-end Chinese restaurant.
