I had soy sauce ramen and miso ramen. The noodles have changed. Straight, hard noodles. The hardness will be just right in the middle. It was very delicious. Next time I would like to try the bean sprout ramen.

This is a restaurant that has been loved by locals for a long time. The interior of the store has been stylishly renovated compared to a few decades ago. There are table seats in the room right after you enter, but if that room is full, you may be directed to a tatami room in the back. I think the menu is relatively large. My favorite is the sanra tanmen (hot and sour noodles), which is a piping hot ramen with lots of bean paste.The thin noodles have a subtle spiciness and sour bean paste, which is very delicious. The homemade gyoza (5 pieces) had a thin skin and a moist texture, which I also liked. For those who can't finish one serving, we also have 3 half gyoza. Sometimes you can have a set meal of offal stew. This is a famous Chinese restaurant with a calm atmosphere.

It's located in a residential area and there are many customers inconspicuously, so I thought it was a well-known store. The girl serving customers repeatedly knocked down the dishes three times, so it wasn't good, but the ramen was delicious, so I think I like the store.
