At first glance, it looks like an old folk house, and there are terrace seats, so it doesn't feel too cramped. The menu is basically ramen, but also includes soba, udon, and katsudon. I ordered gyoza and giblet ramen. It wasn't that crowded, but it took a while for the food to come out, but both the gyoza and ramen were very delicious. The gyoza has a chewy skin and the filling is filled with meat. The ramen had no offal odor at all and seemed to have been properly prepared, and combined with the generous amount of finely chopped green onions in the topping, it was exquisite! They also have curry ramen, and I want to go there again! The guys who seem to be regulars told me that the hiyashi chuka is very good, so I'll try it next time!
I visited you last year. I was told that motsuni ramen was recommended, but I wasn't confident that it would be digestible, so I went for miso ramen. The char siu was large and delicious. The kitchen is sparkling clean and the owner's work is thorough. I bow my head. It is said to be a secret type of ramen. The garden is beautiful as it is just off the road. It felt like eating ramen at a restaurant.
It was my first time visiting. I was interested in shrimp tempura ramen (tempura ramen?), but when I looked at the photo posted, it looked like there was a lot of tempura and the batter would get soggy, so I ordered the tempura bowl. Is it okay if the shop owner takes some time? I was asked, but I ordered it. Maybe it was because it was empty? It was served in about 20 minutes. In a word, it's amazing! I counted 14 types of tempura. Shrimp, squid, king king mushroom, maitake mushroom, enoki mushroom, shiitake mushroom, okra, shishito pepper, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggplant, shiso, green pepper, and I can't remember one more... The batter is crispy and I think it's irresistible for tempura lovers.
