Mutsuzawa, Chiba, Japan｜美食酒華 大ところ

I visited Chiba Prefecture on the Bando Thirty-Three Places Pilgrimage. My wife and I both had the sashimi set meal and the saki squid tempura. The sashimi was thick, fresh, and extremely delicious. And then I had the Saki Squid Tempura for the first time...the more I bit into it, the sweeter it got, and it was exquisite. After paying, I was moved by the owner who even saw me off as I left the store. This is a shop I would definitely like to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you very much for your meal.

I used it for dinner when I stayed in the car at a roadside station. It's about a 10 minute walk from the roadside station. I entered the store right after it opened, but it was empty probably because it was a weekday. (It seems that the previous Sunday was extremely busy.) I had a set meal of sashimi and tuna kamayaki, and a side dish of toro horumon. All of the sashimi was fresh and large, and there were two large fish pieces that were well-cooked, so I thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a light meal, but it was enough for us (a couple in our 60s). I would like to visit you for lunch next time.

First word The road is narrow❗ If you are new to us, please be careful as we are going through a road in the rice field (navigation required) Supermarket Kasumi, which is diagonally opposite the roadside station in Mutsuzawa-cho, may be easier to understand by entering the narrow road behind this site (because there is a sign). The shop has a moderately high-class feeling, and there are counters, tables, and tatami rooms. There are set meals and snacks, but I think it's worth more than the price. There is also an extensive blackboard menu. This time, I tried a sashimi salad and a chalkboard set meal.
