Today, I had a day off, so I finished some errands in the morning and had my first lunch at [Bistro Petit Blanc] in Chiba Teramachi, Chuo Ward, Chiba City, near Aoba no Mori Park. Both my husband and I chose the chef's recommended ``Large Fried Shrimp and Demi Hamburger'', and since it was a single item menu, Kami ordered ``Rice'' and ``Bread''. I couldn't stop being excited about the delicious fried shrimp and hamburger steak! The hearty fried shrimp and hamburger steak full of juicy meat were the best among the Western dishes I've eaten recently, so much so that I was hooked! ︎The staff at the store responded in a very normal manner, and the couple regretted that they should have visited earlier!

It was a long-cherished desire, but I didn't have the opportunity to go to Petite Blanc, so I finally went. I ordered a hamburger steak with fried shrimp and demi-glace sauce for 1600 yen. Tartar sauce is the best with big and plump fried shrimp! The burger was hot and very tasty. I didn't like the iced coffee and potatoes that came with the meal, but they were more than enough to make up for it. It was a perfect restaurant for the name of a fine Western restaurant. The female waitress didn't feel so unfriendly, probably because she had read the reviews here. I would like to go again and enjoy pasta, salad, and dessert slowly this time.
