perfect unagi rice, but missed out on unagi liver on this visit. very down to earth style, worth going back.

That's excellent. It is located along the eel road on the banks of Inba Marsh in Narita. Among the shops, it is the one closest to Narita city. I received the eel. The sauce is nice and not too thick, and the grill marks are firm. It has a refined and fragrant scent. It's so soft that you can easily cut it with chopsticks, and it's well-steamed for how well it's grilled. The fat spreads well, and the way it melts in your mouth like a soufflé is very elegant. The sauce is not strong and dry, but it has a very nice, subtle sweetness that is not too salty and is delicious, and I finished it all in one go. It has a quality feel to it, like eel jus at a Japanese restaurant. One medium-sized eel. This is a very delicious eel.

When I read the reviews, I realized that a place I always passed by had high ratings. I see, the fluffy texture of the eel and the sauce are delicious! I didn't even notice that the old proprietress (?) was in the back, and the cheerful attitude of the young staff really brought out the deliciousness. The parking lot was also spacious and nice. However, please be careful as it is a curve on a slope.
