Onjuku, Chiba, Japan｜Kasuzuke Sakekasu Sweets Shiratorimaru.

The place is a combination of shop and restaurant. The restaurant area is spacious and modern. The food is more on the pricey range, but because the sets are mostly sashimi. I had their chirashi (similar to poke rice I think?) for 1650¥. It was good. The staff are mostly grandmas, so they are very nice and warm. You can pay with Paypay, which is a plus.

Excellent ambience, great location and very pleasant service. I had a dessert 🍨 here that contained cheesecake 🍰, ice cream and hot tea ☕️ - loved it.

It’s worth it. Why would anyone go to Onjuku? Maybe to go surfing or relax on the beach. But if you ever visit this town you have to go here and have their Ise-ebi Teishoku. The sashimi are so good and Ise-ebi is so fresh.
