Yachimata, Chiba, Japan｜満楼日園(マロニエ)

I went to Marronnier, a famous Chinese restaurant in Yachimata, on May 8, 2022, the last day of Golden Week. There were two groups ahead of us, and we shared a variety of food with our families. ① Stir-fried vegetables A flavorful stir-fried vegetable with a good balance of eggs and meat. Probably goes best with white rice ② Sauce Yakisoba It's not like yakisoba that is typical of Chinese cuisine, but it's a sauce yakisoba made with bonito flakes and pickled ginger, and the portion is rather large. ③ Fried rice Unusual and delicious fried rice with sesame as an accent.The portion is large. ④Dandan noodles It's a little spicy, and the sesame paste and Japanese pepper add a nice kick. The meat miso mixed with the noodles and was delicious. others There was a decoration of the Seven Lucky Gods donated by Tokyo Prince Hotel Chuka. Is it your old workplace?

It's a body-friendly taste. The oil is canola oil, which has zero cholesterol, and the ramen soup is made with chicken breast, dried fish, and vegetables that have been slowly simmered.

A nearby restaurant. It was my first time entering. The fried rice set comes with a salad and is a good deal. Stamina ramen is full of volume. Next time I would like to try the set meal.
