If you really want to enjoy Soba Killy's cuisine, we definitely recommend the dinner course. As for the lunch course, as other reviewers have mentioned, we recommend the ``Hajime Course'', which includes angel shrimp, but the dinner course, which uses seasonal ingredients, is just like the general's. This is the culmination✨️ Course contents change depending on the season, so please check when making a reservation. The restaurant's atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, as it is run by two people: the owner who never neglects to pursue the best taste, and the proprietress who is very attentive. Each item is made with great care and each one is delicious! Also, if you can drink alcohol, please enjoy our carefully selected sake 🍶
Since this was my first time seeing it, I ordered the recommended "Hajime Set". The first thing that surprised me was the shrimp tempura❗️, which uses angel shrimp, and the head and body are fried separately. This is probably because the outer shell of shrimp is thin in the first place. The head is incredibly crispy ❗️ And the body is plump yet fluffy and has a strong shrimp flavor ❗️ The next thing that surprised me was the potato tempura ❗️ It's not as fluffy as you might imagine, but it melts in your mouth and disappears in your mouth in no time ❗️ The tempura technique is truly amazing ❗️ By far the best tempura I've ever eaten ♪ It was so delicious that I forgot about the soba noodles that came next. lol Also, you should definitely try the Tamatori mushroom tempura ❗️ You can eat the best brand shiitake mushrooms deliciously♪ For the soba noodles, I chose duck bamboo steamer. The duck meat was cooked at a low temperature, moist and tender, and was extremely delicious❗️ The soba from Nihachi is focused more on the way it goes down the throat than the aroma.It's extremely smooth, and it's completely different from any soba I've ever eaten before. The soup was a little spicy, and the bonito stock and duck fat came out well, and it went perfectly with the soba👍🏻 All of the dishes are made with carefully selected ingredients, and the dishes are prepared using the chef's reliable skills ❗️ Also, the hostess's pleasant customer service ❗️ Everything was perfect ♪ I'll definitely come back again.
