One of best Dongatsu place in town.

As expected from Tabelog 100 Famous Tonkatsu restaurants. It was a series of surprises, in a good way. I came to the store after 12pm on a Sunday after returning from surfing. Because it is a popular restaurant, there were already many people waiting, but if you tell them your name and decide on a menu, you can wait in your car. Thank you. It took about 20 minutes for me to come to my car and come to the store. I get the impression that the people at the store work very efficiently. The pickles and side dishes prepared on the table were already delicious. I proceeded with the standard tonkatsu cabbage, but the dressing that was prepared was delicious as well (by the way, I don't like dressing, so I don't use dressings at other restaurants). As I waited with anticipation, the cutlet curry, Ginjo loin cutlet lunch, and large fried oysters I ordered arrived at my table...all of them were really delicious. I tried eating the loin cutlet as is, with only salt, and with only sauce, but the combination of Himalayan black rock salt and lemon on the table was the best. Please try it. Next time I would like to try the fillets and other menu items. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you for the meal.

Without a doubt, Chiba's number one pork cutlet restaurant. I go to various places to explore, but I still haven't found a store that beats this one. Among them, the Ginjo fillet cutlet set meal is so delicious that you won't find it anywhere else. It comes out the same size as the loin. Soft that you can cut it with chopsticks. Even though it's fillet, it's juicy, yet not greasy. In the winter, I always order an extra fried oyster. I recommend eating everything with salt. It would be a waste to pour bulldog sauce on it. The garlic grilled food I sometimes eat is so delicious that I want a replacement. It's a restaurant that's worth going to eat even if you're standing in line in the cold or the scorching heat.
