I think this is the most delicious Mobaramen restaurant. Looking at the menu, it says that it is the birthplace of Mobara ramen. I agree 😄 What I think is good ・Mobara ramen has the perfect balance of pork and soup. I get sad thinking about the plate disappearing before I eat it🍜 ・There are free toppings. With green onions or garlic, you can choose between a large serving or dessert. ・For those who only want a little dessert, there is a complimentary almond tofu. Small and delicious. ・There are semi-private rooms so you can feel a little more relaxed. ・Cashless payment available. Since I don't carry cash anymore, I start choosing restaurants based on whether or not they have this item.
I came to this store because I was suffering from Mobara ramen. Other than the counter, it looks like a semi-private room, and you can order using a tablet. Waiting at the name registration ceremony. It took a little time to order the first bowl of Mobaramen and prepare the bowl, but it was helpful because I didn't have to worry about the people around me. The noodles are uniquely curly and go well with the thick soup. It's a ramen with stir-fried pork belly and garlic. Mobara = It's a bara ramen because it's made with pork belly. Be sure to enjoy Mobara ramen, which follows Chiba's three major noodles: Takeoka-style ramen, Katsuura tantan ramen, and Arirang ramen!
