Eel is one of the 3500 yen eel dishes. Since the food is baked after receiving your order, it will take about 30 minutes (varies from 15 minutes to 1 hour) to be served, so we recommend visiting only if you have plenty of time. I often visit around 11 o'clock on weekdays, and it's not that crowded. Sometimes it's not open, so I think it's safe to call before going. The eel is plump and very delicious. The parking lot is quite difficult to find and is located on a hill. It seems that there is a contract with the parking lot. I heard that the contracted location differs each month, so I think it would be a good idea to ask the store staff about the location when you visit. There seem to be about 3 staff working around the store.

I went as soon as it opened. I had read reviews that said it would take an hour, so I was prepared for it, but it took 35 minutes to get the eel served. This is the second Kansai-style eel ju, and I thought it might have a bit of a smell, but the sauce was just right and it was delicious. Salt is good for Shirayaki. The pickled Chinese cabbage was delicious.
