11/12 I got the best fried oyster in my history🤣 Lightly coated and juicy, it feels like jumping over the concept of fried oysters 👍 Usui's Hideaway! You can enjoy high-quality dishes with precious sake✨ The taste of seasonal ingredients is carefully cooked👍 I also recommend shochu, which is hard to find ✨

I stopped by for the first time on my way home from the sauna. First of all, I was surprised at the homemade tofu with 4 kinds of seasonal appetizer😲💦 I also felt the general's commitment to single dishes. The homemade plum wine has a refreshing taste, and the pickled plums are also delicious😆 Finish off with chazuke and dashi-warizake, a siphon to take out the dashi stock😊 Also, I'm going to go to the sa meal after getting it in the sauna ❗
