I ordered top and average katsudon. The store and the staff are both very nice. You will be surprised at how tender the meat on top is. However, for someone like me who doesn't have much of a palate, I found it to be more delicious.

I went before noon on a weekday, and the restaurant quickly filled up. By the time we finished eating, there were about 10 people in line. The cutlets are fried by the proprietress. Since one person is frying the food, it takes time to serve the food. They don't serve soba, but there are four types on the menu. Today's pork was Yoro Mochi Pork, both in the Katsudon level and above. The cutlet is thick, so the batter comes off easily. The meat is quite tough and has a lot of fat. It also has a light taste, so be careful not to peel off the batter when you eat it to make it more delicious.

The clerk's response was very good! The katsudon was thick and delicious. When two people ordered a special dish, one of them made the meat of Umeyama pork and shared it with two people. It was really kind of you to put out a plate that can be sorted. It was a shop I wanted to visit again.
