I was drawn in by the impressive deliciousness when I first visited, and have visited the restaurant several times. They serve dishes using seasonal and delicious ingredients, with a focus on local produce. In any case, the ingredients are good, and all the dishes are exquisite, cooked to the perfect level of heat and flavor. I also love the olive oil here. It has a very nice scent and a nice essence.
