A 5 star dining experience well worth the price; a huge variety of high quality delicious tasting food, that will please any palate! I was impressed with taste, attention to detail and variety of menu items on the dinner buffet. As a 68 year old that uses a cane I appreciated that I was seated close to the buffet; that I was offered assistance gathering my water, coke and silverwear... truly helpful! The entire team from greeting at the door to the chefs to serving team worked together to deliver a better than expected dining experience. I direct booked on the Art Hotel Narita website the room and half board; an Excellent decision that saved money! My first time back in Japan since before Covid; I like the look of the newly opened Narita Bold Kitchen and appreciate the excellence in dining ... I will be back! Give it a try, you will be glad you did.

Enjoy lunch with hot spring bathing ticket for 3850 yen per person. I went there for the first time since the renovation, but the interior was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was a Japanese-Western buffet, but everything was delicious. Of course the menu is not as good as Hilton or Sheraton, but it is more than enough considering the price. A lot of people were using it, so the renewal was a success. I will go again.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, I used the patio for the first time in 1 year and 8 months. I had a four-season course meal, and the staff at the restaurant were kind and polite, and I was able to enjoy it slowly and deliciously. The bonito sashimi and the steamed conger eel and matsutake mushrooms were delicious♪ This is a restaurant that I would like to come back to again.
