First of all, cold, and when I finished eating, green tea was brought. I ordered "Inashiki Norenkon Tenzaru". Beyond the sound of the TV, you can hear the sounds of frying tempura and the sounds of the kitchen. It says on the wall that they sell ``Azumino stone ground buckwheat flour'', so I'm sure they use this buckwheat flour. The food was brought in about 10 minutes. First, take a bite of “Tenzaru”. Zuzu Zu~, I like to eat soba while making noise♪ Soba noodles with a faintly chewy texture that go down smoothly. The soup is not too thick and has a sweet taste, and the dashi is not too strong. The condiments are green onions, grated radish, and wasabi. I put green onions in the soup from the middle, but I eat wasabi on soba noodles. Because "sobayu" was brought. I like to drink sobayu as it is, because I don't like the smell of wasabi when I mix it with soba soup and drink it. “Inashiki no Renkon Ten” is a lotus root and shiso leaf tempura. The tempura fried in light batter is crispy, and the thickness of the lotus root is good. I put it in salt and soup stock, but I still prefer salt and wanted a little more salt. As time passed, the texture became firmer, but it was a tempura that I could finish eating without the oil paper that was laid until the end. During the meal, you can hear the voices of the owner and the proprietress conversing from the kitchen. I don't know the content, but when I listen to the atmosphere of the conversation, it looks like it's going to be fun. It's a famous restaurant that is loved by the locals.I go there even though it's a little far away.It's a blessing to be able to enjoy so much soba and tempura at this price.I'd love to go there at night and drink sake.

Every menu is delicious and very satisfying. If I had to complain about it, it would probably be part-time work on Sundays😂 The rest is the layout of the seats. There are few seats, so depending on the time you may not be able to get in.
