However, I like Matano's skin (sauce)! I ordered it over the phone on the way home from my drive today, bought it, and took it home!

It is convenient because it is near the roadside station Mutsuzawa. There is a supermarket, a home center, and a drug store on the premises, so I will go shopping after ordering and pick it up when it is baked. It's delicious hot, but it's totally cool even when it's cold. Since it is only takeout, it is standard to park the car at the roadside station, enter the hot spring, order and shop to kill time before eating.
