I had meat udon and kakiage! I went on the Shikoku Bullet Udon Tour during Golden Week, and the golden soup with strong dashi, tempura and rice balls, self-serve condiments, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant were very close and delicious. The difference was the softness of the noodles and the addition of pickled ginger, but as I continued to eat it, it felt good. Kabosu? I also added red ginger, but you can enjoy it even more refreshingly by combining it with pickled ginger. If you want to go to Udon Prefecture, start with this restaurant!

Today I had meat udon noodles and red ginger kakiage. I ate it with lots of green onions, bonito flakes, and lots of ginger. delicious! I ate it like crazy. I think it's handmade udon that isn't too chewy. The kelp and bean stew they serve is also delicious! Fox and curry are also good value for money. I want to try Kakiagedon next time as it is cheap!
