Chōsei, Chiba, Japan｜Kogetsu

I am reviewing about 20 years ago. A long time ago, when Sega World was in Nanaischi, I ate dandan noodles here. I remember being asked, "It's spicy, but is it okay?" when I ordered it. This was the first dandan noodle in my life, but I've eaten many dandan noodles since then, but it doesn't taste the same as here. A unique taste that is not even Katsuura tantanmen. Next time I stop by, I will visit you again.

I ordered Nagaiki Tantanmen (Large size) 850 yen. It's not as spicy as I thought and it's easy to eat. The Chinese bamboo is huge and the seasoning is good! For those who don't have enough spiciness, you can add chili pepper (?) later, so it might be a good idea to adjust the spiciness. It's just a spoonful and it's very spicy, so it's better to add little by little and adjust! ! The char siu was also delicious, so next time I will challenge char siu tantan noodles!

Chosei Tantan noodles have an unusual taste and are delicious!
